Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

General Terms

1. Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers not used within this time frame will expire with no entitlement to refund or exchange.

2. Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our pottery classes, workshops, or products. If a purchase exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.

3. Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule a class booked using a gift voucher, please contact us at least 1 week prior to the class start date.

2. Cancellation by Participant: If cancellation occurs more than 1 week before the class start date, the voucher can be reissued for future use (minus a $20 processing fee). No reissues for cancellations within 1 week of the class start date, unless a replacement participant is found.

3. Cancellation by KMC Studio: In the unlikely event of a class cancellation by us, voucher holders will be offered a rescheduled date.

Missed Classes

1. No Refunds for Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds for missed classes.

KMC Studio's Commitment

1. Class Cancellations: Full transfer for classes cancelled by KMC Studio due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Tutor Changes: We reserve the right to change tutors but will make every effort to keep participants informed and maintain the quality of teaching.

General Policies

1. Gift Voucher Use: Vouchers are to be used by the recipient only and are not transferable unless agreed upon by KMC Studio.

2. Data Protection: Personal data related to the voucher purchase will be used for processing and delivery purposes only.
